Biola Alabi returns with “Grooming for Greatness”, searches for 12 exceptional young African leaders

Grooming for Greatness, foremost leadership and development program calls on young African leaders to send in applications as its inaugural session rounds up.

Grooming for Greatness is committed to working with emerging leaders to hone their leadership skills through its unique curriculum and frequent interactions with professionals and collaborators.

The foundation launched its year-long leadership and mentorship program in 2015 with 12 Fellows. Among the first cohorts are TalentBase CEO, Chika Uwazie; Lifebank Founder/CEO, Temie Giwa-Tubosun; Inspired By Glory Founder/CEO, Glory Edozien; Actress, Tomi Odunsi, amongst others, all doing exceptionally great in their respective fields.

Speaking on the second edition of the program, Founder, Grooming for Greatness and Purpose Foundation, Biola Alabi said:
"I am super excited about the opportunities we are creating for young Africans. I can’t wait to meet the amazing young men and women that will apply this year."

For the 2016/2017 Program, a group of 12 handpicked participants will be mentored by Mrs Alabi and her associates, they will spend a year working on a personalized leadership track, which includes a 3-day immersion program and individual leadership development and ongoing mentoring over the course of 12 months.

The goal is to provide participants with skills and tools that can be readily applied to their existing career and business paths while breeding a new generation of quality African leaders. Some of the areas of focus will be: Authentic leadership, strength based leadership, leading with purpose, building a meaningful career, building powerful networks and creating influence.
