The Senate said Hamid Alli, the Comptroller General of Nigerian Customs is unfit to hold office, that he should resign. It's all because of uniform.

  3. Hameed Ali is assuming a position equal to the president. This is pride not the issue of rank or law. Let him resign honourably. He is too big to occupy the CG post of Custom service.

  10. Upon all the fraud cases before Saraki in the court of law, he is still presiding over the senate and all the senators supporting him. So a man that is doing wonderful work in the Customs...must resigned because he never allowed saraki to clear his bullet proof jeep with fake papers...haba...NIGERIANS THINK.

  11. I agree with this 1000000 percent. Look at him, walking with pride before his subordinates who are wearing their uniforms. If he can't wear the uniform that suits his office, he should resign abeg.

  17. This sounds too Gigantic or too childish with our so call Gorogoro senators without focus, There is no law in nigeria that stipulated a custom boss who is not a servicing officer should wear uniform, He did not violated any law regards to this why should he resign as demanded by senators? infact from my assessment on previous custom boss he is the best so far. What about senate president who is currently on trial at court of law because of his law breaches and still a serving senate president supported by senators. in this case, Bukola Saraki should also resign as senate president to face his trail at CCT period.

  24. I thought they will arrest him. The senators have lost their value and credibility before Nigerians. I don't think they have power to force him to resign. They should go and seat down and allow Nigeria to move forward.
