Another Suicide? Man Jumps Into River In Festac, Lagos

What's making some people resort to suicide these days? Another man in Festac area of Lagos was said to have jumoed into a river in an apparent suicide attempt, causing panic in the area.

People rushed to the scene to watch as two men searched for the yet to be identified man in the river with a canoe. An eyewitness, Michael O. Dedon, wrote;
"Another suicide at Festac Link Bridge? The search for the fellow who took the plunge is still ongoing. But what can the two men in the canoe searching with a long stick really achieve?"
