Sorry Damilola, you can still make an impact on our institutional improvement, I will like to implore you not to use a case study of one or two people to generalised other as a case study, though is a common knowledge that some of our so-called law enforcement agents are not lettered & uncultured in discharging their official responsibilities always used the position to either enrich their pockets through extortion of innocent victims or brutalize people unlawfully while allow the thieves or bad people go scot free.

No matter what, we should feel free to be a proud Nigerian, I love my country Nigeria.
God bless Nigeria.

Only God knows the number of innocent people Delta police had sent to their early graves for no just course. Why won't these'lucky' people look the other way when any policeman is in distress? IGP have a lot of work to do to reorientate the majority of Nigerian police because they are criminals, idiotic in behavioral attitudes and lack respect for human life. Some of us have lost hope in this country but my prayers are that it won't get out of hands that will make people to attack policemen on the street for their high-handedness in handling innocent people going about their normal businesses

I agree with Dami, i had a similar experience with the officers from Koko some years back. the only people who can be proud to be Nigerians are the looters and their family. it will be hard for any regular road traveler to love this country and the police administrative structure is too defective to allow any meaningful access to justice. but for how long?
