Rewarded for corruption simple
STEALING NA HONORED THING FOR DEM CULTURE.THE BIGGER YOU STEAL, THE MORE THE HONORS.
When a society is corrupt, wealth is glorified irrespective of its source, the desire to join the ruling class has made people to turn political post as a means to enrich their pockets, knowing fully well they will be honour with chieftaincy titles at the end of the day. This traditional ruler just encouraged corruption.

these people will never stop celebrating corruption. thieves, robbers, drug traffickers, kidnappers & assassins are being decorated everyday in that part of the devide instead of being banished. an international renowed convict who stole his people dry and launder same home and away is being celebrated & rewarded by his people for his expertise in stealing, na wa.
