Two Nigerian Brothers Arrested In India For Drug Trafficking

Two Nigerians, Austin and Chukwudi Edeh, have been arrested in India for trafficking hard drugs, especially Heroin. The Punjab police has arrested the two Nigerian nationals in Delhi for allegedly supplying drugs in the state.

Austin and Edeh were arrested from Vikaspuri in New Delhi, Deputy Inspector General (DIG) of police, Ludhiana, Virinder Singh Hayer said.

The brothers denied dealing on drugs, saying they are businessmen selling spare parts.

But the DIG of police said the two Nigerians were arrested on the basis of details revealed during interrogation of a man named Balbir Singh, who had been arrested on May 4.

The said Balbir was also nabbed for allegedly supplying heroin.
